One shared view of everything time-bound in a parent's care: doctor appointments, who is on duty each day, transport, caregiver shifts, and recurring tasks like refills. Instead of living in one sibling's head or a group text, it sits in a place everyone you invite can see.

Can family members add events themselves?

In MyKinFolder, appointments and tasks are entered in the workspace by anyone you invite as a family member. The calendar feed you subscribe to is read-only on purpose — so nobody can accidentally change a doctor's appointment from their phone calendar.

Does it work with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar?

Yes. The Family Care Schedule publishes a private iCal feed. Paste the link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and appointments appear alongside your own — updating on their own as the workspace changes.

Can we print the schedule?

Yes. Pick any month and print it, either as a clean month grid or in detailed mode with full titles, times, and notes listed underneath. Caregivers and parents who do not use apps get the same information on paper.

How is this different from a shared Google Calendar?

A shared calendar holds dates but not context. The care schedule sits next to medications, conditions, contacts, and responsibilities, so an appointment can be printed as an Appointment Brief the doctor can actually use.

Read-only by design
