What MyKinFolder does—and what it doesn't

MyKinFolder is an online family caregiver organizer. It keeps a parent's care information, appointments, tasks and family responsibilities in one shared workspace and creates clean, current documents for emergencies, doctor visits and family handoffs.

MyKinFolder does not send medication-dose reminders, store original documents in the current version, replace a patient portal or provide medical, legal or financial advice.

Caregiver-informed

There are people out there who are not in a state of mind to be organized — they need this.

— A former nurse and family caregiver

MyKinFolder was built by a family navigating care for a parent, with guidance from people who have worked on both sides of the hospital desk.

Private by default. Shared only with your family.

Only people invited to your workspace can see the care information inside it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and workspace-level database rules restrict access. Family members can view, add, edit and print information. Only the workspace owner can invite or remove members or delete the workspace. MyKinFolder does not sell personal information or care information.
